Order of the Elephant (Elefantordenen). Established by King Christian I in 1462. Reestablished by King Christina V 1.12.1693. 1 class, reserved for Heads of State and Princes. It has been accorded to 1 or 2 Danes.

Order of the Danebrog (...). Established by King Waldemar II in 1219. Renewed by King Christian V 12.10.1671. The order has a Grand Commander class and three classes of the Order, the 2nd and 3rd classes each being divided into two grades.
