The Most Honourable Order of the Bath. Established by King George I in 1725. The Order has a Military and a Civil Division, each with 3 classes: Knight Grand Cross (GCB), Knight Commander (KCB), Companion (CB).

The Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George. Established by King George III 12.8.1818. The Order has a Military and a Civil Division, each with 3 classes: Knight Grand Cross or Dame Grand Cross (GCMG), Knight Commander or Dame Commander (KCMG or DCMG), Companion (CMG).

Royal Victorian Order Established by Queen Victoria 21.4.1896. 5 classes: Knight Grand Cross or Dame Grand Cross (GCVO), Knight Commander or Dame Commander (KCVO or DCVO), Commander (CVO), Member 4th Class (MVO), Member 5th Calss (MVO).

Royal Victorian Chain Established by King Edward VII in 1902. The Chain does not form a part of the Royal Victorian Order, but indicates a rare token of the highest distinction and special esteem of The Soverign.

Order of Merit. Established by King Edward VII 23.6.1902. The Order has a Military and a Civil Division, each of 1 class. (OM).

Order of the Companions of Honour Established by King George V 4.6.1917. It ranks after the Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire. 1 class: Member.

The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. Established by King George V 4.6.1917. The Order has a Civil and a Military Division, each with 5 classes: Knight Grand Cross or Dame Grand Cross (GBE), Knight Commander or Dame Commander (KBE or DBE), Commander (CBE), Officer (OBE), Member (MBE) Member 5th Calss (MVO).
