Order of Saint Olaf (Sanct Olavs Orden). Instituted by King Oscar I of Sweden and
Norway 21.8.1847. Revived by King Haakon VII of Norway 9.6.1906. Its present statutes date from 15.3.1928. 3 classes, the 2nd and 3rd classes
each being divided into two grades: Grand Cross, Commander with Star/Commander, Knight 1st Class/Knight.
War Cross (...). Instituted by King Haakon VII 21.5.1941 in exile in London. The cross
is personal property and is not returnable on the death of the holder.
King Haakon VII's Cross of Liberty (...). Instituted by King Haakon VII 18.3.1945.
Medal of Saint Olaf (...). Instituted 17.3.1939. 1 class: silver.
